The Scot
Craig started its life as a passenger/car ferry
operating on the River Thames, she used to carry up to
six cars as well as passengers. During the
shooting of the Movie 'Popeye', the Scot Craig was used
as Popeye's boat. After the completion of the film
she helped in the construction of the Anchor Bay jetty,
she was lowered below sea level to be used as a
breakwater. When the jetty was ready she was
re-floated and moved 500 metres out of the bay.

The Scot
Craig sits upright on a sandy seabed at a depth of 21
metres relatively intact. During this dive you
will most probably see a number of eels, groupers,
octopus, and the occasional stingray. |
