"An offshore
Marine theme park which encloses a large area behind a net
keeping inside the enclosures a variety of fish, some of
which are hardly ever encountered or seen whilst scuba
diving, not only around the Maltese Islands but anywhere
else in the Mediterranean Sea. A place where people can
swim, dive, inter-act & enjoy being in close proximity to
various species of marine animals that can only be
experienced or seen in real life when one visits the huge
marine aquariums found overseas, and this from behind a
glass. To obtain this experience one would need to travel to
an exotic diving destination. This project which is aimed as
a tourist attraction is unique and not found anywhere else
in the World."
